About Graston Technique

Graston is a specialized instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that I learned as part of my occupational therapy practice. It lends itself well to the modalities I use in my practice. I have been trained to use stainless steel instruments to help release tissue that has been compressed, such as trigger points or scars. It is a gentle technique that lets me work at deeper levels with tissues in the body.
